ABSOLUTELY NOT! Rubber hose will not stand the hydraulic pressure from the power brake booster or master-cylinder. Every rusty brake line on ANY 18 year old car should be replaced with new steel brake lines.
I know you have hoses going to the wheels but they do not make hose for your type of installation. You can but metal line at any auto parts store and it would be best not to cut and flare the line but to join lines if you have to and go from T- block to T- block. The flares on brake lines are a double flare and you need a special tool to make them.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
