Transferring to Berkeley from a CCC with a C?

If English is your first language, I would gently recommend you find a school that will better fit your abilities. You are unlikely to get in with a 3.65. So you should consider retaking English.

You should have aced it. Your poor GPA indicates you are NOT getting the grades you need to get to succeed at UC-B! Hence you need to start getting all A's.

At Berkeley with a "C" you'll probably be an honor student or at least on the Dean's list. I admire you for all your extra curricular, its a wonderful thing your doing, but, save some time and energy for yourself, you'll need it to get that added 3%, Do have a serious talk with your professor and maybe your counselor also. Your too close and the world needs people like you.

Good luck. One hospital and the Senior home need you, maybe you can give up one hospital and the YMCA, but if the YMCA gives you some happiness and pleasure keep doing it. Just be proud of yourself your doing very well.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
