Like many people, not enough. I aim for 6 - 8 glasses per day but sometimes I do well to get to three. Must try harder.
Personally, my water intake is a function of water availability and thirst. I have to thirsty at the time when water is there, for me to drink it. I guess it's not that healthy of a set-up, but yeah.
I drink anywhere from 3 glasses to 8 depending on activity. I don't drink soda anymore at all. I suggest getting some sparkling water like pellegrino and see if the bubbles trick your mouth into a soda feeling.
Also substituting some juice into your diet might help with the sugar addiction.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
