You said several times "my insurance". If it truly is your insurance, and is in no way linked to your parent's insurance, they should not be able to find out, particularly if you are at least 18. At least in the US, the HIPAA law is supposed to provide privacy.
Still, I'd suggest you go to another pharmacy than where your parents go, so there's no confusion of names and your parents don't run into you there. Also, don't give the pharmacy your parent's home phone number in case the pharmacy should call to ask you a question.
