What is the typical weather like in the Caribbean during November and December--average temperature, likelihood of hurricanes, average rainfall/frequency?

..Hurricane season is June through November. However, it is still hit or miss during those months. I do not usually cruise during hurricane season because I want the guaranteed good weather.

The temps range from 86 degrees Fahrenheit to 95 degrees basically all year round in the Caribbean. I'm actually going on a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale on November 17, 2007.

The weather should be fine since there should be no threat of a hurricane. December is a great time to cruise as well is Jan. - May.

It's Peak season for cruising though so the prices tend to peak a bit. Average rainfall depends on where your ports of call are. They vary from the Eastern Passage, Western and Southern Caribbean areas.

If you are hesitant to cruise due to unpredictable weather then I recommend a Southern Caribbean cruise from any destination. Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire, Panama, etc. are all out of the hurricane belt. Guaranteed sun everyday.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
