UDP hole-punching: testability on single machine?

I think that your problem is that both apps are running on the same LAN. UDP hole punching requires that one of the sides DO have port forwarding.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
