Undo while writing a text message I accidentally deleted text. How do I reestore or undo?

Well, there's not much you CAN do now if she was on her phone texting other guys. I doubt that she could have done anything too bad via text though. My suggestion is pay a little more attention to her.

Girls really need that kind of security in a relationship and if you're making her feel unwanted then don't be surprised that she's going to other guys for the attention you're not giving her. If you find her so annoying that you don't want to invest any time or effort into the relationship, then maybe you should break things off. You don't wanna lead the girl on or waste either of your time on something that's not going to work out in the long run, right?

There is no way to do that, you should confront her, now that you know she's lying you can keep pushing her for the truth until she gives it to you. :P.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
