It all depends on the species. If the fish has deep color to it, don't kill it. If it has a tinge of color, it's probably OK, but the fish should be silver, not red of black, or grey.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
