Use of quotation marks on titiles?

Thanks..as always, your common sense is refreshing.

I don't know of any reason to use quotes in titles Luis and don't see hardly anyone online doing it. A cleaner looking way to split them up would be to use the bar doohicker that I have no idea what it's called. It looks like as follows.

Bar Doohicker| How To Use The Bar DoohickerLol,you can just copy it and paste it into notepad and when you need it it's there. I think it looks better on search engines than the other options.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
