These women you mention think they're "gonna get" a relationship because they perfectly legitimately want it, and we all think and hope we're going to get something we want; generally, they don't think they're owned a relationship the same way men generally don't think they're owned sex or relationships. You're not entitled to another person or their attention if they don't want to give it to you no matter how much of a victim you present yourself to be. Other people's liberty trumps your alleged feelings.

Their sexist ideas and attitudes should be fought against and defeated. Rightly believing that other people are not entitled to you or your attention, while also believing that in another similar situation you are entitled to theirs is pathological narcissism, taking into account that such people are rarely capable of genuine feelings their alleged feelings and victimhood should not be taken seriously as they're almost certainly fake.

Some people certainly lie, defraud and manipulate to get what they want; favors, gifts and attention with a false promise or implication of sex and/or dating, sex with a false promise or implication of a relationship, and similar, both women and men, but applying diametrically different rules and standards to these very much similar situations based on whether the offender is a male or female tells your everything you need to know about a person. Avoid at all cost on a personal level and fight and defeat them within the political and social arena.

I don't think sex automatically means relationship. And no one owes sex to anyone. Maybe you need to be more clear about your status before having sex.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
