No theres no such information in the documented tables of fql and graph api. You would have to observer the friendslist and mark the time of when a new friend shows up in your own application.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
