Visual Studio Package - How can I get hold of the information in the locals window?

It is not possible to get ahold of the value as an object. Mainly because the value doesn't exist in the same process as your VS Package. It exists in the debugee process.

The Visual Studio Debugger has to go through the CLR API's to manipulate the value. The best you can do is get ahold of the string value from the VS Package.

You can get access to actual objects using a Visual Studio Visualizer. The info can be found here.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
