It can be done in "Display Properties" Panel -> "Settings" Tab -> "Advanced..." Button -> "Troubleshooting" Tab -> "Hardware Acceleration" Tab set to "None". This makes a big difference, especially over LAN connections and even with others VNC distributions.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
