This sounds like a bad build. Perhaps: Mixing debug / release dlls Incorrect project settings for whether to statically or dynamically link with the runtime library. Mixxing single / multi threaded versions of the runtime.
Incorrect 32-bit / 64-bit settings, causing a mismatch between the exe and dlls.
Your are (more probably) before a Heisenbug try to rewrite/simplify some code related to the bug. Maybe this resolves your bug. Believe me.
This kinds of bug are a trully pain in the ass.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
