I personally do..but then again..I hate it when woman change their name in the first place. Woman do not own their own names. They are given to them by a man, a father, a husband.

I am personally sick of this. You should be named your whole life..what you are named at birth. We are born who we are!

Changing a last name is a pretty personal thing and no one SHOULD feel obligated to change it before they go into the marriage or even exiting out of it. So I think that it should be a woman's own personal choice. As some either never want to take their husband's last name to begin with, some prefer to hyphenate it, and sometimes are happy to take his last name.

Once the marriage ends some still prefer to keep the husband's last name and not exactly out of spite. But because to still keep a sort of family connectiveness for the kids if there are any. I mean for adults it could seem rather normal for everyone to have different names at a certain point in life or relationship.

But young kids that are still likely figuring out why mommy and daddy aren't living together when a divorce happens. The name change of mommy could also seem just as strange. As the kids might think mommy is no longer part of the family.

Not only that but for some women that become more successful after they were married could feel it is too much of a hassle to change over their last name on all legal documents and even in her profession after making a name for herself in her career with that particular name. Sort of the same thing if she were to be successful before getting married under her own maiden name. And I think for most areas of the world it could cost to keep changing names back and forth and not everyone has money like that.

So it's things like that, that factor into women keeping/changing their last name. But again it should never be a firm SHOULD about doing it.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
