Jesus *definitely* was Mary Magdalene's earthly husband (& her Eternal Bridegroom). The New Testament does not *specifically* say so -- and for very good reasons. But those who read it with *discernment* & a deeper understanding than most Christians are demonstrating relative to this issue, will easily be able to "read between the lines" & see that, indeed, Jesus *was* her husband.
We know that Jesus was married because of what the Apostle Paul wrote upon marriage in I Corinthians Chapter 7. Clearly Paul is advocating celibacy rather than marriage -- but is only able to point to *himself* as being the Best Example of remaining celibate. If Jesus had *actually* lived a celibate life and had *never* married then Paul would most certainly have pointed to *Jesus* as being that Best Example -- & would have told those he was writing to, to be following the example of their Lord & Savior.
Paul couldn't make that claim because Peter and James were *fully* aware that Jesus was married to Mary Magdalene & had fathered at least *one* child by her -- if not more than one. We can recognize that it was Mary Magdalene who *was* his wife because she is the one the scriptures report prepared his dead body for burial. By Jewish customs of that time *only* the wife (or the nearest female relatives) of a man could be ministering to his *naked* dead body (cleaning away the feces, the urine, the blood, the sweat) & applying the funeral spices.
No female follower who wasn't *related* to him OR wasn't his wife would've been allowed to do that. Therefore since Mary Magdalene was the female apostle who *did* do that (& was *not* his sister or mother or cousin), she *had* to have been his wife. The reason this was not mentioned in the NT gospels was to *protect* the child (or children) that Jesus *fathered* -- with Mary Magdalene being the mother.
The Romans would have *murdered* them for much the same reason that some of Julius Caesar's & Cleopatra's children were murdered, for much the same reason Joseph and Mary had to flee to Egypt with the young Jesus that *he* not be murdered by Roman authorities. They proclaimed him "The King of the Jews" -- however mockingly on his cross. Therefore his children -- when grown up -- could claim that rulership by blood-inheritance & possibly have a considerably army in *rebellion* against Roman domination.
Romans believed in "nipping that problem in the bud" by killing children who could legitimately make that claim before they could become a problem. If you ever make *genuine* contact with the *real* Jesus Christ (in spirit) he will *confirm* that he was, *indeed* married to Mary Magdalene... & that he *still* is. And all those who claim he *wasn't* & *isn't* (unintentionally) reveal, thereby, that they *haven't* had real personal contact with the *real* (historical) Jesus sufficiently *close* that he *revealed* such to them!
All they have to "prove" their case is their religious biases, their *false* theological rationalizations & their *false* interpretations of their scriptures -- *none* of which will get them into heaven or qualify them for eternal life!
A Mormon friend of mine once told me Jesus was married to Mary Magdalene, Martha and a woman named Susannah whose named is mentioned once in the NT.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
