I want to hear from you about California's "budget surplus" over the next several quarters. I left the dam* state due to their schizophrenic government and taxation. Now I can actually keep a lot more of the money I make and the cost of living is much lower.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
