Murmurs are common so probably not to be worried about. If you really want to find out for sure be prepared to spend a ton of money to get a cardiac echo-gram. It will so what causes the murmur.
Then you'll know for certain. The question is - Does your doctor think it is worth spending a ton of money for the test? Do you think it is worth it?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
