We are unable to pass the means test and have over 200000 in secured and unsecured business debt should we file chapter 13 or just wait it out?

Check with your lawyer again - generally you are not subject to the Means Test if most of the debt is commercial debt. Check the top of the Means Test form (Form 22), I believe there is a checkbox that says something like "Mostly non-consumer (i.e. Commercial/business) debt, means test not applicable Please note that nothing in this posting or in any other posting constitutes legal advice; this is simply my understanding of the facts and law, which I do not warrant, and I am not suggesting any course of action or inaction to any person.

Speak to a lawyer for specific advice. If you have any questions, please refer to a lawyer in your jurisdiction. Thanks!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
