If they are trustworthy and honest they should give you back your money. How long was this puppy under your roof? If the timeline is very short (less than a month) then I would expect the breeder to refund your money.

You can always take them to small claims court and try and get your money back that way. This is yet another reason why I don't go to breeders for dogs. It's even hard to tell who is a responsible breeder that cares about what they do, and who is in it just for the money.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
