We live in an apartment and all the rooms have heater thermostats, but there is not one vent in the entire apartment?

From the ceiling, you have Radiant heat, a series of heating coils in the ceiling, IMO very ineffecient, I lived in Portland Oregon for @ 1.5 years ( couldn't stand living there longer) My duplex had radiant ceiling heat, it sucked! My head and shoulders would be hot, but from the waste down I froze! Heat rises, putting radiant heat in the ceiling is soooooo stupid.

Also you can not hang anything from the ceiling, any Hook screwed into the ceiling can damage the radiant heat components. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
