They seemed to have come up with this theory with the growth hormone they give to cows to make them produce more milk; it gets into the milk, and then, we drink it and it supposedly influences our ovulation. All in all, there really isn't too much you can do, it seems that multiples are largely hereditary. It also appears that the more kids you have, the more your odds go up.
