You should make the image the background of the div in CSS, then rotate the div.

You can give border-radius to img, but it won't work in Opera (it's not working anyway).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
