Here are some tips that helped me greatly: 1. Do not drink water when you are having your meals. Water will dilute your digestive acids and this will cause indigestion.

Instead, take lemonade or buttermilk (max 150ml) when you are having your meals. They are catalysts for digestion. 2.

Sleep only during the nights. Never sleep at noon time. 3.

Try to limit your intake of non vegetarian as much as possible. Substitute them with greens like spinach, collards, celery etc and also with other nutritious choices like broccoli, carrots. 4.

Chew your food well before you swallow it. Face a clock while you eat so you know when you are eating too fast. Also, don't eat a few big meals, eat smaller meals 4-5 times a day.

5. If you hate running, get yourself a skipping rope, hula hoop or some other exercise which will be enjoyable, and can be conveniently done at home. Over the course of a few months, your weight will reduce gradually.

I was gonna say get a buddy that can workout with you and you can keep each other motivated and move in the right direction ....but you were a step ahead of me and you already knew that. Another thing that works is getting a picture of the kind of body you want, or writing down your ultimate goal and keeping it with you all the time that way if you lose motivation you will have a reminder of why you have to do this (i know this sounds pro-ana but it's not and it may really work for you).... I always needed a buddy because no peice of paper/picture could keep me on track - so get a buddy Hope this helped :) oh and .... JUST A RANDOM PIECE OF ADVICE FOR EVERYONE: Everyone wants to lose weight (well not everyone but you get the idea). But don't do extreme things like starving and purging.

No one wants to have an eating disorder and people say that even though they do these things they won't become "one of those girls," but it can happen to anyone So lose weight but do it the healthy way - don't surrender to any evil inner thoughts (Yeah I'm talking about ana) That being said people can make choices about what they want to do to lose so do it your way - but just remember just cuz you starve yourself doesn't mean you'll get a killer body and even if you do you'll be freezing to death so it's not like you get to show it off anyways.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
