I'd leave it up to him, if he is interested he'll come back looking for you. If not, he'll just continue ignoring you. At least you'll get your answer one way or another.

Aquarius people are aloof, so don't expect too much. If you do get into a relationship with him, he will need his space. You may not hear from him some days, will you be ok with that?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
