CROCK-POT HamBeens 15 BEAN SOUP A convenient way to prepare great soup! 1 pkg Hursts HamBeens 15 Bean Soup 8 cups water, boiling 1 lg onion, chopped 1 can tomatoes (15 oz.) OPTIONAL: Meat 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp red pepper or chili powder Sort and wash beans, then soak them overnight or at least 4 hours. Drain, rinse, and place in a Crock-Pot with 8 cups of boiling water, onions, salt and pepper, and any optional ingredients.
