What are circuits operating temperature operated alarms (using a reed relay or other circuits)?

If you mean what is the operating temperature range it varies. Usually for Industrial spec, which what is in your computer, it is from -40 deg C. To 85 deg C.

For military grade components it is from -55 deg C. ( some are at -40 deg C. ) to 125 deg C.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
