What are Hillary Clinton's greatest accomplishments as a Senator and Secretary of State?

The RNC set up the debate, chose the moderators, network and the rules. Now they pretend that they are helpless victims of their hand-picked network. It would be like Bush blaming Saddam for tricking him into attacking Iraq.

It's like the Democrats running from Fox News because they won't like the questions (that would be asked way more politely than the other side).
