Eat at three thieves steakhouse, presidential wax museum is neat, manitou springs is really cool, take cog rail up mt. Manitou or up pikes peak, horse back riding through garden of the gods is awesome.
I personly like to go downtown and hang out at Poor Richards or Pikes Perk. But being a night owl by nature, that makes it kinda difficult . So I can often be found at the V.I. on Circle and 25 or on Garden of the Gods rd.
Any time after midnight. But downtown is where I prefer to be during the daylight.
It is one of the most beautiful states and there is a lot to do. If you have the money, time, or equipment I would highly recommend skiing! Skiing in the Rockies is like no other.
But if you can't do that, go to downtown Denver and shop, eat, and go to some GREAT museums. Also you could hike (very beautiful but might be cold in winter) or just enjoy the beauty. Denver also has some great restaurants and nightlife!
Another thing would be to see a concert or Nugget's game or Avalanche game at the Pepsi Center. Also go onto 16th street mall. Hope this helps.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
