What are some good Christmas gifts for gamers?
As a total gamer nerd I have a few suggestions, I used to play WoW, so if they like that kind of thing theres definetly the new expansion that came out this morning, World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. If that's not it there's always the first person shooter games, in that case there's many games that came out recently that are very good: Call of Duty: Black Ops, Vanquish, Mass Effect 2, Halo: Reach. And if that's not their interest either, there's racing games like the new Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, and Gran Tourismo 5 which has some great reviews, and finally, if he's into action rpg/platformer games, there's Fable III, Assassin's Creed, Enslaved, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, and DragonAge: Origins/Awakening/Witch Hunt.
All of these are some awesome games I'm sure any gamer would love.
Gift cards I would say. Gamestop, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Ebay, or Xbox Live Gold Memberships. It will allow the individual to pick out something he wants, it also helps to eliminate the chance of double gifting the same item.
This year, most gamers I know really want the new World of Warcraft expansion. If your particular gamer isn't a WoW nerd though (I only know a couple who aren't but they do exist! ) they might be interested in the Left 4 Dead and Uncharted sequels that's coming out this year, or the new Call of Duty.
