What are some ideas for a hub on embroidery?

Maybe what types of cotton threads to use or fabrics to sew on and stitching techniques etc and all that jazz...I remember at school doing a long running stitch but got out of breath....

My Mother In Law is very talented in this manner. I am searching for ideas. Handcrafted holiday decorations would be my first choice.

She has made us embroidered bed spreads which are beautiful but sadly my Christmas and Easter decorations have none of her talents displayed. Sources to buy patterns online, sources for free patterns, design ideas would be my recommendation. Of course the Google key word search would help you in who is searching, how many times and what the key words are paying.

I would suggest to make it a "How to" hub with pictures and basic instructions on the project.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
