What are some yummy homemade ice cream recipes?

2 T. Butter 1/4 cup sugar 1 T. Cornstarch 1 cup milk 1 T.

Instant coffee granules 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz. 2 cups whipping cream In a medium pot, melt butter.

When butter is melted, add sugar, cornstarch, milk, and coffee. Over a medium heat, stir until mixture reaches a boil. Turn off the heat, and place pot on a cool burner.

Add vanilla. Let mixture sit for about 20 minutes, or until completely cool. Then add sweetened condensed milk.

Pour cream into a large plastic or glass bowl. Beat on high using a mixer until cream is completed whipped. Then add to other milk mixture, and fold carefully.

Pour into a pan, then place in freezer for 8 hours.
