Coffee is good when taken in moderation. It contains caffeine which help us to get rid of sleepness when we are working till late night. However persons suffering from stone problems should not consume it as it could prove a fatal for such person.
From experience I can say that a little coffee cleanses the body. Just enough 2 activ8 the bowels/urinary tract is enough. 2 much coffee especially all @ once causes bone pain as it leaches calcium from the bones.
