These videos are designed to make it significantly easier for us to follow directions by making them simultaneously auditory and visual. These videos are like if we were watching someone demonstrate the woodworking techniques in person, however with the added bonus of rewind, fast forward and pause. It is significantly easier in general for most people to actually see what is being done in a step by step format.
It is also going to save significantly more time in following the directions for a woodworking technique project because you can listen to what the demonstrator is saying while you are working rather than before. Some people do choose to stick with manuals for learning woodworking techniques, but written instructions are not always clear and you may sometimes feel as if you are not doing things the way the book is trying to tell you to. Even with diagrams, it can sometimes be difficult to figure out exactly what you are being told to do, and not only can this result in doing ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
