What are the autonomous robots that could be used on the moon for exploring?

NASA Project M video. youtube.com/watch?v=kFPNcWN7QnM&feature=... Apparently there have some gossip coming from NASA lately about a secret project called Project M, as in Moon. The project is being developed outside the Johnson Space Center Engineering Directorate and is aimed to send a moon lander with a robot.

Supposedly, the project could last 1.000 days once the order is given. In theory, the project will be different than other NASA attempts because there won't be a principal contractor, but rather the best thinking engineers to find practical solutions to complex problems. It appears that the project got the green light since November of 2009.In a related article coming from he Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, seems that a team from the California Institute of Technology, the US Geological Survey and the University of Arizona, working at Caltech's Visual and Autonomous Exploration Systems Research Laboratory, have developed a new autonomous software and built a robotic prototype that will enable future robotic exploration on one of Saturn’s moons, Titan, with an armada of robots that one day could fly over its mountains, and according to "www.universetoday.com" on Caltech's visionary Wolfgang Fink: ---Quote--- ...This software will allow a robot to think on its own, identify problems and possible hazards, determine areas of interest and prioritize targets for a close-up look... ...multiple, expendable low-cost robots that can command themselves or other robots at various locations at the same time.

Basically making robots that command other robots.... ...entire fleet of robots will be autonomously commanded at once... ...This armada of robots will be our eyes, ears, arms and legs in space, in the air, and on the ground, capable of responding to their environment without us... ---/Quote--- Concept of an orbiter, air blimps, rovers and robots working on the surface of other moons of the solar system.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
