The Plaza District of Oklahoma City is a neighborhood commercial district which previously was a decaying urban area. The Plaza district is located on NW 16th between Classen and Penn. There are many new shops in this area including small retail businesses, a tattoo shop, and a local salon.

Bases on the sales of homes in this area between April 2010 and July 2010, the sale price range runs $42,500 for a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom 1,100 square foot home to $118,500 for a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom 2,050 square foot home. These homes sold were built between 1924 and 1936.
