What are the best alternatives to salon-only shampoo and conditioner brands?

One of many alternative for salon is made herbal shampoo and conditioner like apple shampoo.

I like Pantene or Fructis products They are not too expensive and I always get good results with them. Sometimes I buy John Frieda products, these are a little more expensive, but they are excellent quality and anyway it's nice to have a change from time to time. It is quite important to pick the right one for your hair type and these brands have a good range, to cater for everyone.

I read ages ago that it is not good for your hair to continually use the the same product, apparently your hair gets used to it and you don't get such good performance from it. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
