The internet is a vast depository of information on many topics. Hockey drills, regular rules, and other tips and tricks that a coach can teach his players are readily available online. Depending on what you want to train your players to do, you can find a myriad of different sources to give you the proper equipment choices, how to do each different skill that is needed on the ice.
Coaches can find rules on how to be a goalie, center, and other point positions. Skating backwards, and turns are explained, sometimes with video and sometimes with great explanations that are easy to follow. Once a coach has determined which sites will give him the best resources, he can continue to refer to those guides to continue to improve his own techniques as well as those of his hockey players.
Videos are easy to find on YouTube and search for Hockey Drills.
