Best" is rather subjective, but the top ones I've found with superior features are, as lesliec says Photobucket and Flickr. Also Snapfish, Shutterfly and Picasa. I prefer Picasa as it's a Google product and has a great free desktop application (one of the best I've ever seen) that integrates seamlessly with storage upload to your own free Google account.
And the on-line storage account is easy to use and incorporate into your website.
I personally use photobucket. I can upload them, also use url's to cut and paste them on my myspace or wherever I need to. And print them.
There is also cool little albums, and fun widgets on the site.
My two favorite places are Photobucket and Flickr.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
