Fruit, Cheese, Crackers or a few glasses of water wil usually suffice.
Fruit, especially dried fruit is easy to snack on. You could also try having nuts, which are really healthy to junk food. You could try cheese, or have thinly sliced carrot which makes a nice crunchy bite.
Cheese definitely is a good substitute, as is also health food bars, though you need to check the sugar content in some of them because it can be rather high.
Fruit is the obvious one, but I find cereal bars keep the temptation away for longer.
Fruit, Peanut Butter, protein shakes....healthy snacks such as slices of cheese/yogurt..
Protein is a good choice as it will keep you full (or at least not too hungry) for a longer period of time. Unsalted or lightly salted nuts, healthier protein bars, string cheese, dried fruit and nut mix are all good options. Kain 360 mentioned protein shakes - great suggestion.
You can add fruit, protein powder, skim milk or almond milk, a touch of yogurt or honey for a nice tang...that should hold you until your next meal.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
