Because of the great amount of dilution, homeopathic medicines are not know for causing side effects. In this case, this medicine is made from Barbary duck liver and heart tissue. Scientific studies have show positive effects as compared to placebo treatments.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
