What are the differences between SDE-VS and Visual Paradigm for UML Visual Studio Integration?

SDE-VS is embedded inside the Visual Studio which has the same look & feel also share the same VM. It only takes one process when both Visual Studio and Smart Development Environment are launched. Visual Paradigm for UML Visual Studio Integration is works in parallel with the Visual Studio.
