In order to export fishery products to the EU your country must have public health legislation and controls for the fisheries sector which are equivalent to those existing in EU legislation. The document "EU import conditions for seafood and fishery" (PDF ~ 742 KB) informs about the health requirements needed to enter the EU. The list of third countries and territories from which fishery products and bivalve shellfish and related species can be imported into the EU is established by Commission Decision 2006/766/EC: Annex 1 concerns bivalve molluscs and Annex 2 concerns fishery products.
