What are the laws on trapping animals on your property?

There are different laws regarding trapping animals on your property depending on your locality. Some areas require that you contact the department of wildlife, your local animal shelter or even the police to assist you in putting traps out, others allow you to do it yourself. The ones that allow you to trap animals may or may not have regulations on what needs to be done once the animals are trapped.

You can contact your local police or law department for a copy of your area’s ordinances regarding the matter. Again, depending on where you live, there may be ramifications if your pets get out of a fenced yard and cause damage to property. In my city, a fence must be kept in ‘reasonable’ condition.

This means that if your fence is falling down, has holes in or under it or is short enough for your pet to jump, you will be charged with dog at large and subject to a fine. Damage to property is considered a civil matter. In my opinion, no, it is not okay to feed your pets ‘cheap’ food.

This is akin to feeding your children a diet of nothing but corn chips and soda. You should always buy the best food for your pet that you can afford. Some better foods are: Purina One, Purina Pro Plan and Chicken Soup for the Pet Lover’s Soul.

Some high quality foods are: Wellness Core, Evo, Innova and Taste of the Wild. The better foods and the high quality foods are more digestible, have good protein sources and will promote healthy coats, skin and eyes. The general rule of thumb is that if you can find it in a grocery store, it’s better to avoid it.

Foods like Dog Chow, Pedigree and Alpo are made from low-quality ingredients and contain too much grain (pets aren’t cattle).

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
