Over the years the most popular Halloween costumes have that been of ghosts, vampires, witches and fairies. But now for the sake of more variety and increasing costume competitions, people have started to look for costumes of varying natures. For infants and toddlers, costumes of different furry animals, such as lions, bears, monkeys, bunnies, giraffes are chosen.
Sesame street characters as well as cartoon and comic characters are also preferred by parents, e.g. Dora the explorer, Elmo, etc. For boys vampires, Star Wars, Transformers and Power Rangers costumes are a hit along with the scream ghosts, devils and Frankenstein monsters. Some also dress up as military men of different categories.
Girls usually go for classic fairy tales, they are usually Cinderella, Snow White, Princess Tiana, Anastasia, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Alice, Red Riding Hood etc. For a more gothic costume they usually choose witches, devils, devil angels, Godzilla etc.I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
