I just finished Crush It! By Gary Vaynerchuk. It's a must read if you are looking for motivation or wondering if you have what it takes to be an entrepreneur.
He does a good job getting you to believe in yourself and in setting up a handful of qualities that entrepteneurs should have. It's not a nuts and bolts business book, though. I also liked The Long Tail by Chris Anderson. It's kind of a modern business classic that goes hand in hand with Crush It!
Both books are heavy into the online business world.
