There are several options for those who fail to qualify in IITJEE. Your brother can opt for any good NIT if he scores well in AIEEE. Delhi Technological University (formerly DCE) is also a good choice.
DCE admits students based on their performance in AIEEE. However, 80 or 85% admissions in DCE are reserved for students of Delhi. Beside these choices, BITS Pilani and BIT, Mesra, Ranchi , are also very good institutions.
Even if one fails to get admitted in any of the above institutions, there are several other Govt. And private institutions that offer good education.
