A healthy workplace begins with healthy people, who have good leadership skills and goals that will benefit all those who own and love that WORKPLACE. A direct answer would be: 1.) the place they work will - SUFFER. The possible ramifications include being dysfunctional and ineffective at what they want to accomplish.
They will lose awareness of what their goals are and how to work effectively together to accomplish this. There will be a lack of trust, focus, and moral. In the end there might even need to be a complete housecleaning of the workplace with more responsible new employees brought in to replace the less mature, naive, and corrupt ones.
Because gossiping and backbiting in the workplace is a serious matter we must all become more aware of our surroundings and our workplace situation. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
