1 Yes, if your aim is for high-pay, shot for something other than neurosurgeon. There are supposed to be higher motives for becoming a doctor, even for neurosurgeons. And, please child, if you don't know surgery is a "hectic," higher pressure career than the ones you mentioned, well...and beside that what makes you think those professions aren't "hectic"?
I think you need some serious time with a professional yourself - a career counselor! Talk to someone who has the background and education to hear you out and perhaps even evaluate your aptitudes with tests (they're easy tests, there are no wrong answers) to steer you on the right path. The only thing worse than pursuing a career for the wrong reasons is pursuing one you end up hating.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
