Thus, all have the ability to be good, and all have the propensity to do evil or hurt others with words typed here (even yours truly. ) Thus, to your question: as with any collection of human beings interacting and socilizing, the good is when folks are encouraged to do good and the bad is when folks are purposely discouraged from doing good.
