The site moderators are the "pros" as they are paid to be here monitoring us. The "cons" are the ones who use the question format to abuse and attack others. Some would add the MTurkers (mechanical Turks) to that, but they're technically "pros" as they're also paid.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
